Many Governments the world over have realised the importance of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), to such an extent that they have resorted to highly fund the sector as it is a major player towards the development of National Economies. The Zimbabwean Government has also joined the developed countries and has a policy framework in place towards the nurturing of the SME sector as it is one of the major sector that creates employment to the youth and to the marginalized women in society.
