This study aims to detect the impact extent of strategic planning models on Kuwaiti small businesses' success. Strategic planning models play a big role and have a remarkable significance in implementation and usage. This strategy can help small businesses to be able to adapt to internal and external environments. The study deals with success in small businesses. There are many dimensions for the successful business environment that influences many firms. These dimensions are external and internal environment and their factors. This study relies on the analytical descriptive, where a specific questionnaire was designed and distributed for small businesses in Kuwait only. On the other side, the study dealt with two employees for each business focusing on the validity of the managers. The questions are about the importance of strategic planning models, and to figure out if businesses in Kuwait use it as a secondary or main factor in their business/platforms. the received questionnaires were manipulated and analyzed by using the SPSS.
