Today, information resources and services that are not effectively and efficiently marketed may not be heavily patronized. Radical changes are very necessary to restructured the traditional libraries especially academic libraries into a modernized organization where the resources and services can adequately serve the basic information quest of the public.The only fastest and reliable means of achieving this, is by actively engaging in marketing activities which will boost not just the image of the library, but it will also increase the quality of the services rendered as well as improve patronage through proper marketing strategies. This book, is thus designed to explore how marketing strategies could improve the quality of the services provided and also, how the library users can be aware of the various services the library offered through the use of marketing strategies.
