Dr.Choi hold a PhD specializing in Human Resource Management. He is currently attached with the Faculty of Management in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He has more than 18 years corporate managerial experience prior joining the education industry. He also serves for the National Human Resources Centre Malaysia as HR consultant and trainer.
