The aims of this investigation were to study the strategies of germination behaviors and metabolic responses of two shrubs Simmondsia chinensis; Moringa oleifera and one tree Cassia fistula)seeds affected by single factor as salinity, sodium adsorption ratio and temperature or / and their combinations. Also, the present work was to run a comparative study between three species of different ecological affiliations. Comparison is mainly concerned with the means of adjustments during the process of germination to major ecological stresses mentioned.
