Saddam Hussein nació el 1 de febrero de 1990 en Yemen. Se licenció en Lengua Inglesa por la Universidad de Hajjah (Yemen) en 2012. Un año después, fue nombrado demostrador en la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de Hajjah. En 2021, obtuvo su doctorado en la Universidad de Mysore. India.
