This book is my attempt to reach out to every manager that is involved at the centre or the periphery of their organisations' strategy implementation. Having been a manager at a number of organisations in different sectors, I offer my experience and research results to all the managers out there, going about doing their best to contribute to achieving their organisations' goals. Strategy implementation is an elusive phenomenon, yet successful strategy implementation is rewarding not only for managers but also organisations. The research is an inductive inquiry based on strategy as practice that divulges into the practices of middle managers, given their role expectations. The research is based on the perspectives of senior and middle managers of manufacturing organisations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
