Walking around in a city and capturing the atmosphere with my camera has always fascinated me. I have never been able to get enough of humans relationship to urban space and to other people. Telling the story of a place through life on the spot. The pictures in this book tell stories as I have seen them. From Paris in July 1968, Copenhagen in August 1969 and Prague in October 1971. The pictures have been kept out of the way in my archive for many years. Now I have decided that they must come out in the light. In recent years, I have shown them in my photo gallery Vognporten in Rudkøbing and in "Art in the City" at Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen (2012-2016), where there was great interest in them. Therefore this book.
