Street running training therefore promotes physiological adaptations, which are interrelated and dependent on each other, so that different physical capacities must be worked on, making it possible to improve overall performance during preparation. As a result, the design of a training program must be specific to the sport practiced, taking into account the biological individuality of the human being, since the prescription of any type of physical exercise respects the various individual responses resulting from training. For running, it is essential to know the parameters that may be associated with improved performance, taking into account the level of the practitioners, whether they are beginners, intermediate or advanced.

Bruna schloss zunächst ein Studium der Veterinärmedizin an der Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas ab. Später entdeckte sie ihre berufliche Leidenschaft für die Leibeserziehung und begann 2016 ihr Studium in diesem Bereich. Parallel zu ihrem Studium begann und beendete sie 2018 einen Aufbaustudiengang in Bodybuilding und Personal Training.
