The subject of work is frame off-rad motorcycle strength analysis Kawasaki KX 125. In the first step, the thesis consisted of making a numerical model of the analyzed construction. For this purpose by using 3D laser scanning the outer contour of the frame have been reproduced and then the profiles thickness have been found by ultrasonic flaw detector. The measurement results enabled creating the solid of frame in SpaceClaim Engineer. The geometric model of the frame in it is final form have been prepared in Autodesk Inventor 2017. The results of analysis were compared with the results obtained in a strain gage measurements of selected places of the frame during static loading conducted on a strength machine for selected load case.
