My name is Islande Schettini, I was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I grew up with my grandparents in the countryside (Des Cayes in Haiti). Poetry was always my passion-at a young age I started to write, but I never got the chance to publish my work. I thank God for inspiring me to write this book.
