Honoring the process with patience, I¿m taking the time to notice what I have rather than what I don¿t. I also continually practice shifting my focus to what¿s positive; that focus keeps me going along with me not giving up on myself even when at times I do feel and have been discouraged. It¿s hard but there¿s always hope! Despite my setbacks, pain, loss, hurt and struggles, I¿m still making the best of a bad situation. Also I hope that even one person, and hopefully many more, can gain strength from my story.
