Salavat Tapbergenov ¿ member of the Russian Academy of Natural Science, head of the Biochemistry Department of Semipalatinsk State Medical University, Doctor of Medicine, professor, member of the European Academy of Natural Science, Honored Scientist and Educator, founder of the Scientific School. He was born on June 22, 1941 in of Alma-Ata.
