The basic root cause of stress in the organization is due to role overload (RO), role ambiguity(RA), role conflicts(RC), unreasonable group and political pressure at work place(GPP), Responsibility for the person (RP), under-participation(UN), feelings of powerlessness(PW), poor peer relation at the work place(PPR), intrinsic impoverishment(IMP), low status(LS), strenuous work condition (SWC) and unprofitability (UP) in their daily working conditions. It is noticed that employees at every level are experiencing increased occupational stress as well as anxiety. Regular practice of combination of different interventions like yoga, relaxation, deep breathing, music and laughter therapy exhibited better changes in working adult's occupational stress levels and will definitely benefit high levels of occupational stress and anxiety
