Stress is a constant companion in these times of change. It can drive us, but it can also make us sick. In this book, stress, emotion regulation and self-compassion are introduced to the reader with a special focus on the self-compassion pause as a method. In addition, a small group of young people were interviewed to find out how they experience the Self-Compassion Pause in terms of its effect, but also which factors they experience as significant stressors.
