Kristine Fish, Ph.D. is a professor of health education and health promotion, and the co-director of the Mind and Heart Lab at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Her work focuses on teaching people how to permanently adopt healthy behaviors, build up emotional resilience, understand the importance of the mind-body connection, and improve overall health and well-being.
