Produktbeschreibung
Stress is becoming more and more frequent in different contexts, including the educational environment. This problem can be caused by different factors, such as academic overload, exams, lack of time for homework, assignments, presentations, among others. Stress can have serious physical, mental, social and academic consequences for those who suffer from it. University students are overwhelmed by an endless number of activities, which they must perform in short periods of time, in order to fulfill their obligations and meet their social commitments, they tend to sacrifice hours of sleep, although this can be counterproductive, since people who do not sleep adequately, suffer from different physical and mental symptoms, have drowsiness during the day, show lower performance and usually do not get the expected results. On the other hand, regular physical activity plays a key role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, increases the physical and mental well-being of individuals, improves sleep quality and reduces the symptoms associated with stress.
