Workload has increased significantly in recent years. Studies show that mindfulness exercises can have a positive effect in the work context, e.g. on these very workloads. Around 88% of companies in Austria have four or fewer employees, making this the most common company size. The question arises as to which special exercises can be easily implemented in very small companies. In this paper, a selection of already successfully implemented mindfulness concepts for larger companies is presented. Furthermore, research results on mindfulness, especially in a corporate context, are presented. These two topics will then be applied to the specific needs of microenterprises. The result of this work is then summarized in a compact guideline in which concrete exercises for micro-enterprises are suggested.
