Mandeep Singh is Sub Divisional Engineer in Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab. He obtained his B.Sc. (Agriculture) and M.Sc. (Horticulture) from Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana. He has a large number of publications in national and international journals of repute.
