It proposes to give a sociological explanation of what is happening as dysfunction and transformation within the Haitian socioeconomic system. Jhonny Estor es sociólogo de formación. En 2005 fundó el Grupo de Investigación en Educación y Animación Social (GRECIA). Tiene una larga experiencia profesional en el campo de las organizaciones internacionales y las ONG en Haití, donde ha desarrollado una experiencia en el fortalecimiento de las organizaciones. Actualmente es el fundador del Movimiento RENAISSANCE Haití.
