Traffic accidents have been recognized as one of the major causes for human, economic and social losses both in developed and developing countries. Attitudes and behavior of drivers are regarded as the most significant contributory factor in road traffic accidents. The aim of this research is to explore the antecedents and consequences of car driver behavior towards RTA involvement. The findings support the hypothesized relationships proposed in the theoretical model with satisfactorily acceptable results. The developed model suggests some correlations to complement factors as "knowledge, training, road condition, weather, road pavement, road alignment, traffic control and traffic zone work" together to influence car driver attitude towards RTA involvement. Consequently, the influence affects increase in road safety and reduces road traffic accidents, through interaction of these factors which could be considered as a new dimension.
