One of the challenges faced in the evaluation of patients diagnosed with cleft lip and palate is the lack of clinical practice guidelines that standardize diagnostic and therapeutic criteria prior to presurgical treatment, creating an area of opportunity for the review and design of tools to optimize the clinical evaluation. The present work shows the comparative analysis of the author Percy Rossell Percy, Friede and the lateral segment angulation for the evaluation of Nasolabiopalatine cleft for the improvement of the asymmetry of the alveolar processes.
