A.V. Tolmachev è nato nel 1964 a Tedzhen, nella RSS turkmena. Istruzione: Facoltà di Tecnologia, MISIS; Facoltà di Pedagogia e Psicologia, Istituto Pedagogico Statale Lenin di Mosca; Facoltà di Assicurazioni, NIFI; Facoltà di Giurisprudenza, Università Statale Lomonosov di Mosca; Facoltà di Filosofia e Teologia, Chiesa Ortodossa Russa di San Giovanni il Teologo. Dottorato di ricerca (Dottore in Giurisprudenza), Dottorato in Teologia (Dottore in Teologia). Hobby: storia antica, archeologia, musica spirituale e popolare.
