The work is devoted to the structure, design and production technology of openwork fabrics for the upper of shoe insoles. The existing ligating means are analyzed. The leno means of reducing the tension of stockinette threads at the moment of transition of the eyes of leno galleries relative to stockinette threads is developed. The main parameters determining the structure of fabrics are considered, the regularities of fabric density changes in warp and weft, the height of warp and weft yarn bending waves are obtained. Produktbeschreibung
Limiting maximum densities of warp and weft for plain weave and cambric weave are determined. The influence of weave rapport, number of transitions, linear density and type of weft yarns, warp and weft yarns tension on yarns processing in fabrics is investigated when constructing designs of falsely openwork weaves when producing fabrics. The technical calculation of fabrics is made and the technological process of preparation and production of falsely openwork fabrics is selected. Physico-mechanical investigations of the produced samples of falsely openwork weave fabrics are carried out.
