The research that is presented has as an integrating objective: To generate a construct from the students' conceptions about environmental education at the secondary school level. The study is based on the interpretive paradigm, with qualitative orientation and ethnomethodology as a method. Five (05) key informants will be selected from a group of students of the Industrial Technical School José Elías Puyana, of official character, located in Floridablanca, in the Department of Santander, Colombia. The techniques will be the participant observation, with its instrument in field notes and the interview with a script. Categorization will be used in the analytical process. And the criteria of scientificity will be set from the credibility, transferability or applicability and informative confirmability in the scope of the proposed objectives. Currently, we are in the phase of information gathering and its arrangement in Informative Protocols for the first analysis and theoretical level.
