A big distrust found between JCD and BCL leaders which sometimes caused fighting amongst the rivalry student groups, which have resulted unscheduled closing of the university, death of many students, hostile teaching-learning environment and other problems. This has significant negative impact on the quality of education. The politically appointed teachers also influence the quality of education towards a negative direction. This study has pointed some noteworthy issues which will attract the attention of the concerned peoples. The researchers, students, teachers, policy-makers and mass people will find the book worthwhile. The concerned authorities should take the issue as important. Further study can be conducted finding out the action implications.
