The theme of the book is foreign language (FL) teaching, English Language in particular for all ages, especially at tertiary level. Earlier theories of the field do not show evidence, allowing the student a part other than drilling language exercises. Later on, modern theories tended to call for a reasonable student's slice in their English education. This book has yet taking it further, calling for a full empowerment of the student towards a "Student's Partnership" whereby: a) the student had to be well-informed about all possible details of his FL study, the course at hand and the daily lessons plans; better still had they had a say in the decision-making; b) making use of the "students' self-reality", knowledge and experience to find inroads into the main stream lessons as an input of classroom teaching materials. The expectations from being adequately informed and having their own contribution suggest a psychological feeling of 'belonging' and so, relaxed and confident in expressing their ideas; cognitively, the clarity of practice suggests working with ease in mind. That is how "Student's Partnership" guarantees better opportunities for a FL learning in classroom and beyond.
