Presently higher institutions of learning are trying to attract more number of students and employing various strategies to maintain them. Understanding the experience of students as service users during service delivery is vital for achieving service excellent. The students' enrollment has been increased and the demand for residential colleges also increased and many higher institutions of learning are facing the challenges and development of student's residential colleges due to the increasing number of students. The book proposed a set of user centred indicators that will help students' residential colleges to move from service quality level to excellent service. The book contributes to a better understanding of student's experience in residential colleges and offers valuable feedback to architects, facility/property managers and university housing administrators in terms of the present standards or the need for further improvement of the student housing facilities through effective designs and management.
