The author is currently a Lecturer Professor, PhD, at the Faculty of Juridical, Social and Political Sciences, ¿Dunarea de Jos¿ University of Galati.She has published many books, studies and articles in specialty magazines recognized nationally and included in the international data bases. As well as the author of many university courses.
