Os autores prestaram serviço no Instituto de Investigação do Conselho Indiano há mais de 25 anos. Trabalhou em micorrizal e rhizobia simbiótica em mesquite tress durante os seus mesquitas e trigo durante o programa de doutoramento sobre a relação fonte e pia, efeito de enriquecimento de CO2 nos genótipos do trigo. Além disso, ele tem uma rica experiência de trabalho em arroz e banana.
