Autorenporträt
Graham Davies, Ph.D (1975), Cambridge University, was Professor of Old Testament Studies there until his retirement in 2011. He has published monographs and many articles on the Hebrew Bible, inscriptions and the archaeology of Palestine, including The Schweich Lectures and Biblical Archaeology (2011). Robert Gordon, PhD (1974), Cambridge University, taught Hebrew and Old Testament at Glasgow University from 1969 to 1979 and then in Cambridge from 1979 to 2012. His main research interests include the ancient versions of the Old Testament and Old Testament exegesis.
