The industrial maintenance is of capital importance for the companies (group kherbouche) in order to ensure the good functioning of the tools of production at the level of department of exploitation, it is a strategic function in its companies. Our work establishes a strategy of maintenance to be applied in order to optimize the degradation of the machines at the level of the company "Inter enterprise of the group Kherbouche", we use an approach of maintenance based on the reliability MBF.In this project, we used the methods of analysis and the laws of the reliability developed (ABC, AMDEC, Noiret) with an aim of focusing the efforts on the failures of the machines which cause the majority of the negative effects to the maintenance, the production. These techniques of the MBF consist not only in identifying the anomalies and the dysfunction but, it allows to establish functional analyses until their causes by the tool "AMDEC".one finalized the operation of analysis by an application of the law of "Weibull", very known by its parameters, in order to determine the life span of the critical organ, by using the graphic and numerical method.
