This means that the protocols should not be designed merely on the basis of generic assumptions, which could lead to incorrect conclusions. Our research works are mainly related to the development of new load balancing techniques for the routing protocols so that their performance can be improved. We have contributed one proactive load balancing routing protocol and three reactive load balancing routing protocols

Dr. Mohd. Naseem is working as Assistant Professor at Department of Computer Sciences, Baba Gulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri, J&K. With 4 years of teaching experience in premium institutes (NIT Jamshedpur and Thapar University), his research interests include QoS, load balancing, routing in MANETs and Underwater Sensor Networks.
