Among ICTs services, Digital Terrestrial Television in short DTT is widely in use with satisfaction of viewers. But in the same time, and due to technology evolution and viewers requirement, DTT operators are facing to deliver digital television content on non linear broadcasting nework. That lead to study and implement a DVB-T2 network with capability to deliver non linear braodcasting network. The challenge to overcome is to deliver digital television content in areas with few or no broadband coverage. Burkina Faso located in west Africa is the region where this technology is designed to be implmented. After addrresing the general overview of DVB-T2, Hybrid Brodacast Broaband Television, in short HbbTV, is tackled as one of technology that can be combined with DVB-T2 network to deliver at a time linear and non linear digital TV content. The particularity in case of Burkina Faso is that, internet connexion coverage in 3G is very low. However the designed network to deliver HbbTVservice requires a broadband connexion. Transmission parameters, such as bit rate, FFT size, OFDM modulation, etc. were determined with accuracy to enable a DVB-T2 network and HbbTV technolgy cositing.
