The study investigated the relationship of study-attitude of the students with their academic-performance at secondary level. The study investigated the relationship of study-attitude of the students with their academic-performance at secondary level. The variable of Study-attitude was measured through the scores obtained by the students on Study-attitude Scale (SAS) consisting of 36 items. The variable of academic performance was measured through marks obtained by the students in the Board Examination. The academic-performance scores were correlated with study-attitude scores and it was found that study attitude was positively related to the academic performance. Furthermore, mean scores of low and high academic-achievers were compared and it was found that high achievers and low achievers differ in their study attitude and female, male and rural, urban students also differ in their study attitude.
