She is best known for her work in the areas of classroom management and new-teacher induction. Todd Whitaker is a leading presenter in the field of education and the author of more than 30 books for teachers and school leaders. He is a professor of educational leadership at Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana. Nancy Satterfield is a retired Assistant Superintendent for Assessment and Professional Development for the Henderson County Schools in Kentucky. She is currently working as a grant writer for the school district.
