Finally a proposal for reactive energy compensation will be presented.

Ethmane Isselem Arbih Mahmoud, Doktor der Universität, wurde 1966 in Tidjikja, Mauretanien, geboren. Er erwarb 1994 einen Master of Science in elektrischen Netzwerken und Systemen an der Staatlichen Universität Vinnitsa- Ukraine. Ich war 14 Jahre lang Lehrer an einer Schule für technische und berufliche Bildung und unterrichtete Module an der Marineakademie in Nouadhibou.
