Overall, study provides a better understanding of concept of agritourism, agritourism packages, agricultural activities, attractions and obstacles that are important in agritourism development and promotion. Nepal has great potential in agritourism development sector. However, agritourism development committee should be established in collaboration with different government bodies, farmers, tourism institutions and others.

Miss Utsala Shrestha is daughter of Mr. Uttam Raj & Sheela Shrestha. She completed M. Sc. Ag. conservation ecology from IAAS, TU, Nepal in 2009. She worked in IUCN and Government of Nepal from 2009-2012. Presently she is doing her PhD in The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, US in Organic Sustainable and Alternative crop production program.
