DMSO was use as control and tetracycline was taken as standard drug.The antimicrobial study was carried out from lower to higher concentration i.e 10µg/ml to 40µg/ml concentration and the zone of inhibition was observed. In case of 40µg/ml concentration, it shows the highest zone of inhibition. Thus it was concluded the leaves of Aegle marmoles has anti-microbial activity which are effective against bacterial strain.
