The non-governmental organizations in Cambodia are an important catalyst for the development of the country. This type of organization is required to compete with each other to be granted the funding. Developing a good convincing proposal will provide the high chance of granting the financial supports from the donors. While the proposal required a specific knowledge and skills to develop including the level of language proficiency of the developer, it is now time to capture the knowledge from those people to be re-used in the organization. This paper explores the knowledge transfer practice nowadays and also the other issues of the non-governmental organization which could be the possible research in the future.
