The metabolites and elements in urine of different cow age were investigated. Different urine samples were collected in two different time intervals like morning and evening from five different cow viz. calf, heifer, pregnant, milch, and dry. The metabolites and elements in urine of different cow age were investigated. Different urine samples were collected in two different time intervals like morning and evening from five different cow viz. calf, heifer, pregnant, milch, and dry. The metabolites of urine were analyzed by GC-MS while elements like Ag, Al, B, Ba, Bi, Ca, Co, Zn, Fe, Au, etc were analyzed by using Inductive Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry. The study showed that the GC-MS analysis of metabolites of the five different cow viz. calf, heifer, pregnant, milch, and dry at two different time intervals had different level of metabolites. In calf morning urine samples were contained 50 metabolites while evening urine samples were contained 65 metabolites. In heifer morning urine samples registered 49 metabolites while evening urine were registered 40 metabolites. Gold like important element was found almost in the all urine sample at different levels. Among them gold content was high in amount in calf morning urine sample. The results of this study supported herbal preparations using cow urine at different age of cow. Cow urine can be use as a new source of medicine and cosmetic industries.
