The book summarizes the work done on the development of research methods and the creation of experimental facilities for the registration of radioactive particles born in nuclear-radioactive-physical processes. Preparation for the work of installations and their calibration, and conducted research on the study of variation in the intensity of neutron and charged particle fluxes. The obtained data from the created installations are given, the possibility of operative forecast of earthquake occurrence is shown, the possible nuclear reactions in the substance of the earth crust arising from seismic stresses of strata are connected with it. An attempt is made to create an information-measuring complex on the basis of modern technical and software automation for scientific-research works allowing to select the right signals for registration and monitoring.
