The present work consists of a study of the simulation of management of the Hydraulic Complex of High and Medium Draa made in order to meet the needs, demands for drinking water and irrigation water and to provide maximum protection against flooding. To summarize all the components of the study system (inputs, dams and demands) and to achieve the objectives set by this study, the model of management was developed under MIKE BASIN, a planning and management of water resources. The management arrangements we propose remain as close as possible to the ground realities and the current operation. The methodology of the work consists of carrying out hydraulic simulations in monthly time steps by integrating into a simulation model of the series of water inputs observed in the past, the physical characteristics and management guidelines for dam reservoirs and the future water requirements for the various uses i.e. drinking water, industry, irrigation etc.
