ABSTRACTThe objective of this study was to formulate a cosmetic cream product containing 10% ENTS-001 extract, to investigate its effect on skin hydration and wrinkles in mice, and to design a marketing strategy. The cream was applied to the skin of female Swiss mice for 18 days. The skin was exposed to UV rays of wavelength = 254 nm, for 10 days. The length of wrinkles formed was measured, and the effect of the cream on wrinkle formation was expressed as a score. The hydration rate and skin thickness were measured. Skin and eye tolerance tests were also performed. Then, sensory tests were…mehr

Then, sensory tests were carried out on the cream and its packaging. Finally, the distribution channel for this product was chosen. The score obtained by the controls was equal to 5.33 ± 1.1, against 2.67 ± 0.57 in the animals treated with the cream (P < 0.05). The initial skin hydration rate is equal to 18.60 ± 0.21%, it increases to 35.17 ± 0.90% after 18 days of application for the treated mice, against 21.13 ± 0.10% for the control mice (P < 0.05).
