Dr M. H. Prakash born in Haveri district of Karnataka, presently heading the department of Library & Information Science at Sir M V Govt. Arts and Commerce College, Bhadravati, India. He started his career as College Librarian in Bangalore in 2005. He has published and presented more than 10 research articles in the field of Lib. & Inf. Science.
