Information & communication literacy is clearly the basic skills set of the 21st century. The main purpose of the study is to find out how ICT literacy helped faculty members and research scholars for their overall academic performance and what are their perceptions towards ICT skills training and also find out what are the barriers which prevented them in utilizing ICT applications. The study concluded that the teachers and research scholars are effectively using ICT resources and services for their academic activities.
