The study was designed to study thermophiles but after experimental analysis we found that Brahnamella which generally survive in moderate temperature can sustain higher temperature also. Expression of different set of gene is required to sustain that environment and what were the factors which functions as an initiator. Another big question is how organism lost its pathogenecity after acquiring that adaptation.
