Er erhielt seinen B.Sc. und M.Sc. sowie seinen Doktortitel in Bauingenieurwesen von der Universität Tabriz, Iran, in den Jahren 2012, 2014 bzw. 2018. Dr. Alizadeh ist seit 2016 Mitglied und Forscher der iranischen Elitestiftung. Seine Forschungsinteressen sind Hydrologie und Wasserressourcenstudien. Die Ergebnisse seiner Forschungen wurden in 17 Zeitschriftenartikeln veröffentlicht.
