RN, PhD, earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from California State University, Fullerton, a Master's degree in Counseling from Chapman University and a Doctorate in Psychology from Saybrook Graduate School. She lives in California where she works as a school counselor and has a private practice in holistic stress management.
