Dr. (Mrs) Rasmirekha Sethy,Assistant Professor in Education at Regional Institute of Education(NCERT),Bhubaneswar.She obtained M.A,M.Phil and PhD in Education from Utkal University,Odisha, India.She has been teaching B.Ed, B.Sc.B.Ed, BA.B.Ed,M.Ed,M.Phil,DCGC students since 2004 and involved in organising in-service training programmes for teachers.
