In the book the problem of creation of structure of various atoms and kernels of chemical elements is considered and is shown the possible nuclear kernels crystal structure existence. In quark representation of nucleons (protons and neutrons) is shown that nuclear attraction forces between nucleons are provided by Coulomb electric forces of interaction between quarks completely. It is shown that basic elements in the process of kernels construction altogether with protons and neutrons are kernels of helium (a-particle), carbon and oxygen. Within crystal model the reasons of stability of kernels, restrictions of number of stable and unstable isotopes in the nature, law of merging and disintegration of kernels. Processes of allocation of energy at synthesis and divisions of kernels and low-energy nuclear reactions (LENR) are considered. The book is intended for a wide range of readers who are interested in the natural sciences.
